Villa Kosta is very spacious and is located in the suburban area of Rudine, near Kastel Novi known as one of the 7 jewels of the Adriatic, situated between Split and Trogir. The villa has a large pool of 72m2 and is situated on a plot of 5000m2 with an olive grove fruit trees, an herb garden and a flower garden. The entire property is enclosed by a wall, providing additional privacy for our guests. The owner of the villa lives in an adjoined apartment and is always available help and give advice.

Villa Kosta is located in a rural area called Rudine, near Kastel Novi, one of 7 castles built between Split and Trogir nestled between untouched land, you will find this spacious Villa with a large pool that sits on a plot of 5000 m2 and is completely protected by surrounding walls. The beautifully furnished interiors extend over three floors, which are connected by internal stairs.
Access to the property is through a double gate and a short drive up a small gravel drive where you will have parking space for 4 cars.
To enter the Villa there are a few steps to the main entrance that lead into the hall on the ground floor, to the right of the hall is a large lounge, a perfect place to relax with a book or watch TV. To the left, the open plan split level fully equipped kitchen, Dinning room comfortably seats 10 people, there is a utility room next to the Kitchen and a laundry room with a toilet.
The dining room leads out onto a large shaded terrace with a comfortable seating area perfect for an early morning coffee, going down a few steps to an open lower terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs for 10 people also 2 sun umbrellas, this terrace will lead you to the BBQ house where you will be able to prepare the perfect grill for all your family and friends.
Also next to this terrace are steps leading to the large swimming pool where you can relax on one of the sunbeds and enjoy the beautiful sunshine and panoramic views of the Adriatic sea, the mountains, Islands of Brac and Ciovo also Marijan hill in the UNESCO town of Split.
The 1st floor contains 3 tastefully decorated king-size rooms, 2 x king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and balconies offering pool and sea views, 1 x king bedroom with en-suite shower room with a massage bath, the views from this room are of the gardens the mountain and the sea.
The 2nd floor contains 2 x king-size rooms under the eaves , both en-suite with large walk-in shower rooms these rooms also have balconies with Mountain, garden and sea views one overlooking the pool.
Although Villa Kosta is more in a rural area the beaches can be reached easily via the main road that is 3km from the property, therefore Car hire is recommended to explore the surrounding area. For those who enjoy History, the Unesco town of Trogir is 15 minutes drive and Split is 25 minutes drive, each with many monuments, and museums. There are numerous activities available nearby including snorkelling, scuba diving, windsurfing, as well as skippered boat hire, all of which can be arranged locally. Today, after a major investment programme, Kastel Novi is a charmingly restored seaside town.

Villa Kosta
A five Bedroom villa that was fabulous and more than we expected. Our rooms, bathrooms and property were amazingly neat and well kept. We loved the total relaxing atmosphere and felt our stay helped us with jet lag (we swam in the beautiful pool daily) and adjust to the time change. Our host was perfect and we were all sad to leave - but we will be back!! Thank you!

You know how owners sometimes use photos that make rooms look larger/brighter/lovelier than they are...and you arrive to a bit of a let down? This place is the absolute OPPOSITE of that. Each space is larger/brighter/lovelier than the photos show.
Our group of 9 had an amazing stay. We swam in the big, beautiful pool, we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, we brewed and drank more coffee than anyone thought humanly possible, and we slept the sleep of people who are on vacation.
The Villa location is quite handy for driving access to Split, Cric, Krka, and more. Very short trip from the Split airport.
Best of all, Suzie is a gem of a host. She helped with restaurant reservations and recommendations, driving strategies, and how to pay a parking ticket. You will love your stay at her Villa.

Wonderful place. The long-awaited peace and quiet necessary for relaxation.
A beautiful villa of a very high standard. Clean, modern, large rooms with terraces. Divine sea views. The kitchen has everything you need. Outside, a large swimming pool and a barbecue are available to guests.
Big space. Shop nearby.
Fantastic owners - friendly, helpful.
We spent another holiday here and definitely not the last :)

The villa is beautiful and has a dreamlike view. The furnishings are high quality and stylish. Suzie is an outstanding hostess. When we arrived there was wine, juice for the kids and a sausage and cheese platter waiting for us. Suzie is a perfectionist and went above and beyond for us and our comfort. All in all a wonderful vacation in a very nice ambience.

Niesamowita atmosfera,piękna okolica, posiadłość o wysokich standardach. Każdy pokój na wysokim poziomie mający piękne łazienki. Do tego duży basen. A widok z tarasu zapiera dech. I've never experienced such service and caring for how myself and my whole family had it during our 9 days. The host helped us with basically anything that would help our stay to be as great as possible. The Villa was perfect and the view from the pool over the ocean is great. Excellent rooms and a lovely barbeque area/house.

One word… unreal! 5 of us visited Croatia in June for my mums 70th. This villa is a must stay. The villa is clean, homely, spacious and the views are just amazing, you will be blown away when you get there . It was so peaceful & relaxed. You will not want to leave this villa . relaxing by the pool was just a dream. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here & we even plan to go back. The host suzie is an absolute gem & could not do enough for us. It was a joy to meet her and her lovely husband tomo… I’m sure tomo couldn’t wait for us to leave as we stole suzie on a couple of occasions to share a glass of vino with us🙊🤣. You will not find a more welcoming , genuine woman than suzie. Suzie & Tomo were so lovely and treated us like family, even helping organise some extra treats for our trip & at our enquiries organised for a masseuse to come to the villa to give us all much needed massages around the pool & a yoga instructor for an early morning yoga session . Suzie & tomo couldn’t have done enough for us. We rented a car and took trip for lunch and dinner in nearby split & trogir which were about 20 minute drive away.
I cannot thank suzie & tomo enough for making our stay here so magical & relaxed

We were two families staying one week at Villa Kosta. The house is very well planned and in very good condition. The large bedrooms comes with on-suite bathrooms that I would compare to five star hotels. Almost all rooms have spacious balcony’s overlooking the sea. Plenty of space for dining inside or outside for two families. The pool area is very nice with the roofed space to get some shade from the sun. Suzie was a great hostess from time of booking to during the stay. She helped with everything we asked, some extra shopping, food on arrival, boat trip suggestions and more. I would warmly recommend Villa Kosta to anyone that is looked for a premium vacation. Best regards Daniel

Oh my goodness - nothing prepared me for how special this stay would be. From the personal touches around the house that made you feel at home to the comfortable bedroom and bathroom, I was in villa heaven. The grounds are lovely and the pool is beautiful (I can't wait to return during swim season!). Did I mention they make their own wine and you just might get treated to a glass! This villa is perfect for a family reunion, group of friends, etc. Each room is spacious and has its own ensuite with large walk-in shower. The rooms have hotel-style locks on the doors, so you have privacy and security when you need it. Not only do I hope to return, but as a travel adviser, I am anxious to send a group of clients to enjoy this lovely villa.
