At Villa Kosta our aim is to help our guests feel comfortable so they can have an enjoyable stay and to do so Villa Kosta will send you an email when contacting them but in the meantime here are a few of the house rules so guests can familiarise themselves with.
1.A damage deposit of €500, is required upon check-in, fully refundable if there has been no damage to the property or its contents.
Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing others is prohibited, and service may be terminated at any time.
2.The host is not responsible for any of the guest’s personal belongings or valuables left in the villa, should anything happen to them.
3.Persons who are not registered guests staying at Villa Kosta are not allowed to stay in the villa without permission from the host.
4.In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of guests, the host has the right to enter the facility to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The host is obliged to notify the guests about the entry into the facility at the first subsequent contact
5.We would kindly ask guests to make sure that they do not leave air-conditioning turned on unnecessarily whilst guests are not in the villa or use it with opened windows and doors.
6.Guests will need to provide Passports/Identity cards of all guests for registration purposes at the Tourist office.
