Villa Kosta is located in a rural area called Rudine, near Kaštel Novi, one of the 7 castles situated between Split and Trogir. Nestled amidst untouched land, there is a spacious villa with a large pool located on a 5000 m2 plot and completely protected by stone walls. The beautifully decorated interior extends over three floors connected by internal stairs. Access to the property is through a gate, and a short drive on a gravel road leads to a spacious parking area for 4 cars.

A few steps lead to the main entrance of the villa on the ground floor. On the right side of the entrance is a spacious living room, ideal for relaxation with a good book or watching TV programs. On the left side is a mezzanine fully equipped kitchen and a dining room for 10 people, with a pantry next to the kitchen and a laundry room with a toilet. The dining room leads to a spacious terrace with a comfortable seating area, perfect for morning coffee, which leads down the stairs to a lower terrace equipped with a dining table for 10 people, protected by 2 umbrellas. This terrace leads to a barbecue hut where you can prepare a barbecue for your family and friends.

Also, from the terrace, there are stairs leading to a large pool where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful sun and panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, mountains, the island of Brač, and Čiovo, as well as the Marijan hill rising next to the UNESCO city of Split.

On the first floor, there are 3 tastefully decorated spacious rooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and balconies with sea and pool views, while one spacious bedroom has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a massage bathtub, with views of the garden with an olive grove, the mountains, and the sea.

The second floor consists of two spacious attic rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. These rooms also have balconies with views of the mountains, sea, and garden, and one of them has a view of the pool.

Villa Kosta is located in a rural area, and the beach can be easily reached via the main road, approximately 3 km from the property. It is advisable to rent a car to explore the surrounding area. For those who love history, the UNESCO town of Trogir is a 15-minute drive away, while the distance to Split is a 25-minute drive. Both cities have numerous monuments and museums. There are many activities nearby, including diving, sailing, boat trips with a skipper, and more, which can be organized locally. Today, after significant investment, Kaštel Novi has become a charmingly renovated coastal town.

We were two families staying one week at Villa Kosta. The house is very well planned and in very good condition. The large bedrooms comes with on-suite bathrooms that I would compare to five star hotels. Almost all rooms have spacious balcony’s overlooking the sea. Plenty of space for dining inside or outside for two families. The pool area is very nice with the roofed space to get some shade from the sun. Suzie was a great hostess from time of booking to during the stay. She helped with everything we asked, some extra shopping, food on arrival, boat trip suggestions and more. I would warmly recommend Villa Kosta to anyone that is looked for a premium vacation. Best regards Daniel

I've never experienced such service and caring for how myself and my whole family had it during our 9 days. The host helped us with basically anything that would help our stay to be as great as possible. The Villa was perfect and the view from the pool over the ocean is great. Excellent rooms and a lovely barbeque area/house.

Niesamowita atmosfera,piękna okolica, posiadłość o wysokich standardach. Każdy pokój na wysokim poziomie mający piękne łazienki. Do tego duży basen. A widok z tarasu zapiera dech. One word… unreal! 5 of us visited Croatia in June for my mums 70th. This villa is a must stay. The villa is clean, homely, spacious and the views are just amazing, you will be blown away when you get there . It was so peaceful & relaxed. You will not want to leave this villa . relaxing by the pool was just a dream. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here & we even plan to go back. The host suzie is an absolute gem & could not do enough for us. It was a joy to meet her and her lovely husband tomo… I’m sure tomo couldn’t wait for us to leave as we stole suzie on a couple of occasions to share a glass of vino with us🙊🤣. You will not find a more welcoming , genuine woman than suzie. Suzie & Tomo were so lovely and treated us like family, even helping organise some extra treats for our trip & at our enquiries organised for a masseuse to come to the villa to give us all much needed massages around the pool & a yoga instructor for an early morning yoga session . Suzie & tomo couldn’t have done enough for us. We rented a car and took trip for lunch and dinner in nearby split & trogir which were about 20 minute drive away. I cannot thank suzie & tomo enough for making our stay here so magical & relaxed This villa & Croatia is a must! You will not be disappointed

Wonderful place. The long-awaited peace and quiet necessary for relaxation. A beautiful villa of a very high standard. Clean, modern, large rooms with terraces. Divine sea views. The kitchen has everything you need. Outside, a large swimming pool and a barbecue are available to guests. Big space. Shop nearby. Fantastic owners - friendly, helpful. Oh my goodness - nothing prepared me for how special this stay would be. From the personal touches around the house that made you feel at home to the comfortable bedroom and bathroom, I was in villa heaven. The grounds are lovely and the pool is beautiful (I can't wait to return during swim season!). Did I mention they make their own wine and you just might get treated to a glass! This villa is perfect for a family reunion, group of friends, etc. Each room is spacious and has its own ensuite with large walk-in shower. The rooms have hotel-style locks on the doors, so you have privacy and security when you need it. Not only do I hope to return, but as a travel adviser, I am anxious to send a group of clients to enjoy this lovely villa.

You know how owners sometimes use photos that make rooms look larger/brighter/lovelier than they are...and you arrive to a bit of a let down? This place is the absolute OPPOSITE of that. Each space is larger/brighter/lovelier than the photos show. Our group of 9 had an amazing stay. We swam in the big, beautiful pool, we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, we brewed and drank more coffee than anyone thought humanly possible, and we slept the sleep of people who are on vacation. The Villa location is quite handy for driving access to Split, Cric, Krka, and more. Very short trip from the Split airport. Best of all, Suzie is a gem of a host. She helped with restaurant reservations and recommendations, driving strategies, and how to pay a parking ticket. You will love your stay at her Villa.

The villa is beautiful and has a dreamlike view. The furnishings are high quality and stylish. Suzie is an outstanding hostess. When we arrived there was wine, juice for the kids and a sausage and cheese platter waiting for us. Suzie is a perfectionist and went above and beyond for us and our comfort. All in all a wonderful vacation in a very nice ambience.

A five Bedroom villa that was fabulous and more than we expected. Our rooms, bathrooms and property were amazingly neat and well kept. We loved the total relaxing atmosphere and felt our stay helped us with jet lag (we swam in the beautiful pool daily) and adjust to the time change. Our host was perfect and we were all sad to leave - but we will be back!! Thank you!
