Villa Kosta is located in a rural area called Rudine, near Kaštel Novi, one of the 7 castles situated between Split and Trogir. Nestled amidst untouched land, there is a spacious villa with a large pool located on a 5000 m2 plot and completely protected by stone walls. The beautifully decorated interior extends over three floors connected by internal stairs. Access to the property is through a gate, and a short drive on a gravel road leads to a spacious parking area for 4 cars.
A few steps lead to the main entrance of the villa on the ground floor. On the right side of the entrance is a spacious living room, ideal for relaxation with a good book or watching TV programs. On the left side is a mezzanine fully equipped kitchen and a dining room for 10 people, with a pantry next to the kitchen and a laundry room with a toilet. The dining room leads to a spacious terrace with a comfortable seating area, perfect for morning coffee, which leads down the stairs to a lower terrace equipped with a dining table for 10 people, protected by 2 umbrellas. This terrace leads to a barbecue hut where you can prepare a barbecue for your family and friends.
Also, from the terrace, there are stairs leading to a large pool where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful sun and panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, mountains, the island of Brač, and Čiovo, as well as the Marijan hill rising next to the UNESCO city of Split.

On the first floor, there are 3 tastefully decorated spacious rooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and balconies with sea and pool views, while one spacious bedroom has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a massage bathtub, with views of the garden with an olive grove, the mountains, and the sea.
The second floor consists of two spacious attic rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. These rooms also have balconies with views of the mountains, sea, and garden, and one of them has a view of the pool.
Villa Kosta is located in a rural area, and the beach can be easily reached via the main road, approximately 3 km from the property. It is advisable to rent a car to explore the surrounding area. For those who love history, the UNESCO town of Trogir is a 15-minute drive away, while the distance to Split is a 25-minute drive. Both cities have numerous monuments and museums. There are many activities nearby, including diving, sailing, boat trips with a skipper, and more, which can be organized locally. Today, after significant investment, Kaštel Novi has become a charmingly renovated coastal town.
